“You only want change where you don't”

You only want change where you don't
  have to change yourself.

Your responsibility ends when you
  say there should be change.

"There are many straws
  making the burden; but
  I can not bend.
I am a grain, and
  were I to move,
  the heap would remain."

Are you not willing to move
  to make space for others
    to come in from the margins?
