“‘In person’, i am less”
"In person", i am less.
"In person", there is less of me
than my body, and
how i exist in space.
"In person", i take up space
better used by
those able to entertain.
"In person", there is more hidden
than revealed, as
i contract my self.
In writing, i begin to unfurl,
the tendrils of my mind
assembling my expression.
In writing, there is space
to speak of my cares,
though they entertain not.
In writing, i grow and expand,
processing, moving,
exploring, journeying.
In writing, i am more.
