- read the title of a post;
- extrapolate from that to assumptions about what the post author is saying or claiming;
- don't bother to thoughtfully read the body of the post;
and then criticise or attack the post author for things the post author literally did not say or claim:
You're a douche. A disrespectful douche. An arrogant, disrespectful, douche.
